This is a Satvik Shri Krishna Mantra, which though a devotional Mantra has the power to make a woman control and dominate a man she loves or a man whom she desires as her lover or husband. As, mentioned above by me, this is a Satvik Mantra Sadhana and hence is unsuitable for selfish and motivated purposes intended to control a man solely for the purpose of self gratification.
